Difficulty in signing on after subscribing.

Response kept indicating that my mail address was not the same as you had on file. I don't know what you had on file. I had other ISP's since I used your service the first time. I am still not sure if I am on a trial run or on my $29.00 subscription.That is the reason for the rating. As far as your service keeping the CPU safe I have no complaint. Works great.

Total AV is an excellent anti virus product but it only gets 4stars because of the price of renewal

Total Av has done a great job of keeping my computer sate from computer viruss

Found viruses, duplicate files, unneeded apps, and etc in minutes. Overall laptop is running faster and bootup is definitely faster. From download to back to work in about 45 minutes.
