Confidence and frustration in equal measure

I have confidence, based on anecdotal information, that TotalAV are delivering a secure service. And so they should, for the price. What irritates is that, on renewal, they always try to gouge me on the new price level, but reduce it substantially when I firmly negotiate based on a (real) threat to decamp to a competitor. It's no reward for my loyalty and quite tiresome. Please desist the practice.

Doesn't slow down too much the PC. I hope it does the job, never got any problem except with the automatic subscription which is automatic and costy.
Not sure it works 100% since I never see that virusses have been discovered and put in quarantine or rejected.

all i know is so long as i am protected from scams and thing then TOTALAV CAN DO ALL THEY CAN TO HELP ME STAY SAFE. thank you for all the help you give me

Total AV is doing a great job but sometimes very slow to enable my protection

It's all well and good that you identified that some of my information is known to certain websites. But what information and what am I to do now? I thought that you were protecting me from that?
